Simplified Healthcare Informatics (SHCI) offers a fully integrated system that streamlines and integrates business processes and information flow within the hospital / clinic and all its branches.  This in turn synergizes resources, including staff, material, money and equipment through timely and accurate information.

Simplified Hospital Management System (SHMS) is a web based modular system.  Its Portal is based on Ajax framework and has a rich interface architecture using client-side web technologies.

The system offers enough features to cover functional areas like OPD Registration, Invoicing and Management.  It may be extended to include modules such as Insurance, Specialty Clinics In different locations, Visiting Consultants, Medical Stores, Laboratories, Radiology, Pharmacy, Manpower Management, Finance Accounting and Material Management etc.

SHMS complies with and uses International Standards, such as ICD 10 (International Classification of Diseases), SNOMED, CPT, International Drug Database, HL7, HIPAA etc…

The technology used to build the system allows for multiple levels of security, protecting data integrity.  Confidentiality of patient information and hospital data is therefore guaranteed.

SHMS is an integrated solution that enables users to improve Healthcare Delivery by driving better decision making.

SHMS is a fully-integrated, on-line Hospital Management System
SHMS is a comprehensive information system pertaining to hospitals and/or medical centers. This encompasses human (and paper-based) information processing as well as data processing machines
Developed to work for a multitude of hospitals or clinics in various locations with multiple entities situated in different geographical locations
Driven by business rules which govern the way the application integrates with different modules
Dashboard based GUIs for each function with comprehensive search criteria for retrieving transactions. All related data display or entry is from the dashboard

Comprehensive data validations per field with client side field masks
Patient number, charge codes, voucher numbers, invoice numbers, receipt numbers and other keys that can be configured to be generated automatically or manually

A separate log records every event occurring for a patient
SHMS provides Comprehensive Patient Registration Validations and their default values make patient registration quick and accurate. Examples of validations include:
      • birth date from civil ID
      • title from gender / profession / marital status
      • age from birth date
      • city / state and country from area
      • age-related validations etc.

Patient search by full or part name, telephone number, civil ID and other parameters
