Simplified Healthcare Informatics (SHCI) offers a fully integrated system that streamlines and integrates business processes and information flow within the hospital / clinic and all its branches. Simplified Hospital Management System (SHMS) is a web based modular system. Its Portal is based on Ajax framework and has a rich interface architecture using client-side web technologies.
The system offers enough features to cover functional areas like OPD Registration, Invoicing and Management. It may be extended to include modules such as Insurance, Specialty Clinics In different locations, Visiting Consultants, Medical Stores, Laboratories, Radiology, Pharmacy, Manpower Management, Finance Accounting and Material Management etc.
SHMS complies with and uses International Standards, such as ICD 10 (International Classification of Diseases), SNOMED, CPT, International Drug Database, HL7, HIPAA etc…
The technology used to build the system allows for multiple levels of security, protecting data integrity. Confidentiality of patient information and hospital data is therefore guaranteed.
