Simplified Healthcare Informatics (SHCI) offers a fully integrated system that streamlines and integrates business processes and information flow within the hospital / clinic and all its respective branches. This in turn synergizes resources, including staff, material, money and equipment through timely and accurate information.
The system offers features and functionality that cover areas including OPD and IPD Registration, Invoicing and Management, Insurance and Specialty Clinics, Bed Management, Visiting Consultants, Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment, Medical Stores, Laboratories, Radiology, Imaging Interface, Pharmacy, Manpower Management, Finance Accounting and Material Management.
Our target is to help improve: a) Healthcare processes through EMR, CPOE and other clinical functions; and b) Administration processes and constraints like material shortages, productivity enhancements, doctor patient interaction, customer service, cash management, inventory problems, quality of service, wastages, billing accuracy etc.
SHMS complies with and uses the International Standards, such as ICD 10 (International Classification of Diseases), SNOMED, CPT, International Drug Database, HL7, HIPAA etc…
The technology used to build the system allows for multiple levels of security, protecting data integrity. Confidentiality of patient information and hospital data is therefore guaranteed.
